What is your UK delivery charge? 

Deliveries within the British Isles have a standard delivery charge of £8.50 inclusive of VAT. For orders over £50 shipping is FREE. 

Deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Islands have a standard delivery charge of £20.00 inclusive of VAT. 

When and how will my order be delivered? 

Delivery is fast, usually within 7 days (most items are received within 3 working days), subject to the item not having gone out of stock. Most items are sent by courier and require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home, the driver will leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour. 

ULTRAISER devices will be packaged free of charge in ULTRAISER branded gift box and will be further packaged for delivery.  

Can I send my order to a different delivery address? 

Yes, if it is more convenient we can deliver to a different address e.g. your work. Don't forget we can deliver to your family and friends anywhere in the world.  

Can I send orders to more than one delivery address? 

Yes, but you must place each order separately. 

Can I place an order if I live outside the UK? 

Yes, just place your order in the same way as usual and make sure you choose the right delivery option on the checkout page.

Do orders outside the UK incur an import charge?

You will need to check the import rules and duties in your country.

CE, FCC, FC certificates

We have CE, FCC and KC electrical safety certificates. However, if your country is outside the UK, EU or USA you should check if these certificates will allow your order to be imported.

What is your overseas delivery charge? 

For delivery outside the UK, we use a signed-for delivery service. Charges for Overseas delivery are as follows: 

Europe – £40.00 inclusive of VAT 

North America (USA/Canada) – £50.00 inclusive of VAT 

Elsewhere – £60.00 inclusive of VAT

When and how will my international order be delivered? 

Delivery times can vary depending on the country, but approximate delivery times are:   

• UK 3-5 working days 
• Eire 10 working days 
• Europe 10 working days 
• North America (USA/Canada) working 14 days 
• Elsewhere 14 working days
